1. Return Period

We offer a 14-day return period for all our products. This period begins on the date the order is delivered, as confirmed by the shipping provider’s delivery record.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order
2. Note the unique return ID provided by our support team
3. Securely pack the product in its original packaging
4. Include the return ID in the shipment
5. Send the package to the return address provided by customer service

3. Return Shipping Costs

Under normal circumstances, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, if you received a defective item, we will reimburse your return shipping costs once the defect has been verified.

4. Refund Eligibility

Full refunds are provided in the following cases:

• Factory defects (even if the item has been used)
• Items returned within 14 days, unused and in their original packaging
• Incorrect items shipped
• Items damaged during transit

5. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it within 2 business days. After inspection:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days

6. Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds under the following circumstances:

7. Damaged Items
